The Hampton Inn at LaGuardia Airport is the latest in a series of four hotel projects in which Gotham has served as contractor for our client Field Hotel Associates, a prominent hotel operator in the Northeast who develops franchise-affiliated hotels. The new 123,000 sf hotel will be 11 stories and feature 200 guest rooms, two parking facilities, meeting rooms, a restaurant, amenity spaces on the first and cellar floors, and perimeter landscaping. The building is a poured in place reinforced concrete foundation with a precast concrete superstructure composed of wall panels and concrete plank floors. The main lobby entrance will feature a barrel vault glass ceiling and finely appointed stone finishes.
