The masonry wall construction is a monochromatic brick pattern, with slab-to-slab windows. The design juxtaposes mid-size commoditized spaces with large-scale finishes to enhance the design of each unit.  8’ entrance doors and closets, and window walls are featured in every apartment. A courtyard in the 27th Street entrance infuses Japanese-inspired landscaping and modern-movement architecture, and features a water wall with pitched pilasters to contain the water circulation system.
