Gotham oversaw construction completion of this 215,000 sf, 12-story, 360-room hotel, which is a pre-cast structure with masonry and glass façade. The property was designed to feature the amenities of a luxury hotel, including restaurant, conference rooms, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, a solarium, and a 259-car, 3-level precast parking garage.  Gotham recently connected the hotel to a newly constructed Hampton Inn at JFK via a walking tunnel in order for the two buildings to have cross use of facilities.
