Carnegie Hill III at 1510 Lexington Avenue is the third project in a series of residential buildings in which Gotham is overseeing construction for our client Navigator Realty.  Located at the corner of East 98th Street, this 310,000 sf, 17-story, 298-unit rental residence is modernist in design, with predominately window wall and architectural pre-cast concrete. The building will house a 3-level, 200-space parking garage with a ceiling-hung lift system which allows vehicles to maneuver without interference typically caused by traditional stacking units. The rental units will include condo quality finishes and amenities such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryers in all units and a fitness center. The building will have landscaped outdoor spaces on the 2nd and 18th floor roofs and will be the first in the series of buildings to be LEED certified.
