200 West 72nd Street is one of the city’s most anticipated residential projects. Situated at the southwest corner of Broadway on the Upper West Side, this highly coveted location will be the site of a 19-story, 196-unit luxury rental tower with 5 floors of retail at the base that will feature an ultra-clear Pilkington glass wall system.
