This 147,000 sf, 23-story condominium has a Jean Nouvel 21st century designed steel aluminum, and glass curtain wall which will contain 56 residences when complete. The project features one of the most highly engineered and technologically advanced curtain wall systems ever to be constructed in New York City. The glittering mosaic is comprised of nearly 1,700 different sized panes of three slightly different colored glass types, each set at unique angles creating a Mondrian-like window pattern.  Each of the apartments will have its own fingerprint, with a distinctive pattern of steel window mullions.  Within this complex framework of glass, steel, and concrete, a 6-story vertical interior garden will bloom.  Fully grown trees that appear to be free-floating will be built into a semi-enclosed atrium grid through a series of planter boxes that are fully integrated into the architectural structure.
